In addition to releasing a new company website, we launched a whole new Help Portal.
Many thanks to Meredith, part of our crack UX team for coming up with a fresh look for the company website. I love the mobile look and feel especially! We will be working on a bunch more content and some refinements over the coming weeks.
The new Help portal is your central location to search and find help, as well as log support requests. Matt Avery pulled this together with the help of lots of others. We have aggregated our How To’s, Blog posts, Tutorials, FAQ’s and webinars into a single website:
The Search Bar at the top of the page makes it simple to find help:
You can also create new support tickets instead of sending us an email (although your email to firstname.lastname@example.org ends up in this support desk as well!). And you can check your previous tickets easily.
