Email Marketing Scheduling Update

Email Marketing SchedulingWe have released an update to the Email Marketing System to allow you to prepare your emails ahead of time, and schedule them for a release at a pre-determined date and time.

This update is a time-saver – your email lists are integrated with with your participant data to ensure that emails are always sent to a current, fully updated list of participants. This means that if you have 100 registrants when you schedule an email to go to all participants in 2 weeks, and then during those 2 weeks you get another 100 participants register, it will send an email to all 200 registrants: those who were registered prior to sending, and those that registered in the meantime and fit the parameters of any list settings (events, captains, etc.).
