Tips for Designing an Effective Post-Event Survey

We always recommend to races that they use a Post-Event survey to help evaluate their race, and make improvements in future years.  But it’s not always that simple – there is a little bit of a science behind creating a survey that provides effective, useful data.

The market research firm Fueled Insights has released a nice PDF of 8 tips for designing your Post-Event survey.  Among the tips, they provide guidance on when to send a survey, how to phrase questions, and creating a logical order for your questions. You can check out all the tips here:
